The capability exists to preserve a snapshot of the client’s critical data on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis. The client’s requirement will be defined at installation, but can be modified, as required.

Archiving data further protects the client's data from intentional and unintentional data deletion and corruption that is not promptly detected by the client. A complete copy of the client's data will be saved at the ITBBC's and on the client's SDB as the data existed on the archive dates.
